We met Kim via the internet while searching for a new home for our relocation to Atlanta.  She got all the details of what we were looking for, and when we flew in to see housing, she had pre-selected perfectly.  Every one was exactly in line with our requests.  The first builder we chose didn’t work out and she went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us successfully cancel that contract for a complete refund.  Then, back to the races; she spent several days taking us around to wonderful neighborhoods, until we found the home we happily live in now.  She’s the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with and I highly recommend her.

Our experience was nothing short of FANTASTIC. I was in the local area (GA) on a TDY when I found out that our family would soon moving to the area. I picked up one of the local fliers and found Kim's wonderful picture and just knew that she would be someone that would be good to deal with, and I was NOT dissappointed. She met with me alone and we went looking at homes so she could get an idea of what I was looking for in a home. I then went back to AZ to pack and wait for our move date. I was surprised when it came about three months earlier than expected. I made contact with Kim and told her that we were on our way back to the Atlanta area - lock,stock and barrel. When we arrived 5 days later she had lined up 19 homes for us to look at. She took the family AND our dog and away we went. We found Kim Galletta from one of her listings. She quickly sorted through what we were truly looking for in a property and encouraged us to look at other properties. I cannot say enough good things about Kim. I was looking for an investment property to buy for my son to live in while at college. We were moving from Arizona to Georgia and were looking at houses on a homes for sale sight. We saw one that we were interested in and requested info on it. We did this with 3 or 4 other houses that were on the site and out of the other 3 agents assigned to the houses 0 contacted us with information. Kim however contacted me within 2 hours of requesting info. She found out what our situation was and what the timeline was. She directed us to a lender and got us going on a preapproval for a loan. Once we found out our price point she sent us a list of homes that were within $35k of our price point. We stated that we would be more comfortable with a less expensive house since we would still be carrying another mortgage in AZ. She restarted the search and still got us some great houses to look at in the area we wanted to live. Since we were moving from out of state and weren't really interested in moving in to and then out of an apartment, we had a unique situation as far as getting a deal done. Kim took the 4 days we had prior to visit Georgia prior to our move and maximized what we could see. She reacted to a very fluid market and gave us several options to look at in our price range. We felt comfortable enough to let her know if we liked or didn't like something and Kim was willing to go "back to the drawing board" for us and found 5 more that had just listed. In that 5 was our house and we knew it when we walked in. Throughout the process Kim made sure we were meeting deadlines and getting all of our paperwork into our lender. She knows what she's doing and knows that you may not and that makes a difference. She returned every email and call quickly and with the answers we needed. Use Kim to buy, and we hope when we're ready she'll be there to sell the house for us.

Kim was amazing. We lived in a different State from where we bought our home. Buying a house is stressful at times and when you live in another State it can be much more stressful then usual. We spent a weekend looking at many houses with Kim and then flew back to our home in NY. We were fortunate to stumble on a house on Trulia in 2013 and while it was not the house that we ultimately purchased, it was a listing of Kim's. Kim Called within an hour based on our inquiry. We were moving from out of state and had a 4 day visit scheduled to find either a home or a place to live. Kim created a plan for us to see as many houses as possible in the area we wanted based on schools, proximity to work, and home size. We spent the better part of a day viewing homes and weren't convinced but Kim kept looking and found 3 places that were listed that day and met our criteria so we were able to jump on the opportunity and found a house that we wanted. Kim made excellent recommendations for inspection, lender, and other services. 
Just over a year later we had a great opportunity to move back home and our first call was to Kim to look at getting our house listed as soon as possible. Kim made time within 48 hours to come and do a consultation and talk about the improvements that needed to be made to get the best bang for the buck. She also connected us with a home improvement specialist, who also happens to be her husband, who worked with us and within our budget to get the house ready to show. If she has a guy, a vendor, or a husband who can help, feel confident that they'll do the job and at a better price. Within 2 days of listing we had serious offers for the house and we closed the sale just over a month after we listed it. 
In my opinion the most complimentary thing I can say about Kim is that I trust her and my family trusts her. She would guide but not insist on setting a price point. She always answers or calls right back. She is not the norm, but rather an exception in her field. I wish she sold houses out in Arizona.

After much research and receiving very positive reviews my wife and I choose Kim to assist us in finding the right house for us. Kim not only showed up on time every time but outside of looking at the homes we had identified based off of our conversation she had a few homes for us to see as well just to get us open to other ideals. She was very impressive before we found our home with area knowledge and truly listening to our wants and making sure what she found met our expectation. My husband received a job offer that required us to move to FL in less than 2 weeks. Due to the great experience we had with Kim during our buying process, we turned to Kim to advise us and assist us. Everything Kim said to us came thru... She posted the house on Wednesday and by Saturday we already had an offer for the full price! Netherless to say she is awesome! She is not only a great realtor but a great person as well!
